Torch Training Associates was established in July 1999 with the aim of providing professional and pragmatic advice, training courses and senior executive support in the areas of:

It is by clearly aligning HR strategy with operational unit business plans that value can be added – and evaluated – and individual, team and corporate training needs identified.
